One of Duke’s greatest strengths is its dynamic, collaborative network. At Duke I&E, we tap into the powerful community of alumni, parents, donors, and partners. In FY25, over four hundred (400) volunteers served Duke I&E as mentors, speakers, and advisors. We hosted nine U.S. networking events with over twenty-two hundred (2,200+) registrations, delivered virtual educational programming to more than two hundred (200+) participants, and grew our Duke I&E LinkedIn Network group by 58%.

Duke Experts in Entrepreneurship

The Experts in Entrepreneurship program offers Duke students and alumni one-to-one access to seasoned founders and innovators for personalized guidance, strategic advice, and connections. These dedicated alumni volunteers hold weekly office hours to help others navigate challenges, refine ideas, and take bold steps in their entrepreneurial journey. In FY25, twelve (12) Experts conducted one hundred twenty five (125) mentorship calls, exemplifying the power of the Duke network and paying it forward.

Duke I&E Board of Advisors

The Duke I&E Board of Advisors includes twenty four (24) leaders from diverse industries who contribute their expertise, networks, and financial support to advance Duke I&E’s mission. Actively engaged Board of Advisors members support Duke I&E's mission by mentoring students, judging pitch competitions, offering strategic guidance, and providing philanthropic support.
