As Snap’s Global Head of Integrity & Compliance Legal, Nicole oversees all aspects of global compliance for the company, including anti-corruption and anti-bribery, trade law, conflicts of interest, and political advertising.



Rob Chesnut is the Chief Ethics Officer of Airbnb Inc., a role he took on after nearly 4 years as Airbnb’s
General Counsel.



Scott Schools is the Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer at Uber Technologies, Inc.


Russ Glass E’98 is CEO at Ginger, where he leads the company with his experience as a technology entrepreneur and a passion for digital mental health, strategy, and building great cultures.

Each session will feature I&E director Jon Fjeld in conversation with senior leaders from trailblazing companies including Snap, Airbnb, and Uber. Students will hear how each leader’s workplace culture has been shaped and how their organization’s practices reinforce that culture-and participate in a conversation about how individuals can shape their own work environment.
