LBO Model Virtual Workshop

The Duke I&E LBO Model Virtual Workshop is a five-session workshop that will equip participants with the skills to construct a leveraged buyout (LBO) model in Excel. Participants will work on pre-assigned tasks and attend synchronous support sessions daily. The workshop is appropriate for Duke students and alumni who are interested in private equity, investment banking, consulting, and entrepreneurship. Prerequisite knowledge of financial accounting and corporate finance is required. Register at link in "More Event Information".
