LBO Model Workshop Application Deadline

After completing the LBO Model workshop, you will be equipped to build a leveraged buyout model in Excel by using company filings of a publicly traded company.  Through this five-part series, you will build a fully-functioning three statement cash flow model with purchase price and leverage assumptions that calculates an estimated IRR for an illustrative buyout transaction.

The workshop sessions will be 1.5 hours each. There will be pre-work assignments for each session, which will take most students 2 to 3 hours to prepare. It is critical to complete the pre-work before the session in order to get the full benefit of this workshop.

Workshop sessions will be held on Wednesdays (Oct 29 - Dec 3) from 4:00pm to 5:30pm.  Pre-work assignments will be due before the beginning of each class.

Attending each of the five sessions is recommended, although we will record sessions in case you need to miss one.
