Executive Chairman, ClearCompany
Andre Lavoie is the co-founder and Executive Chairman of ClearCompany, a human capital management software company named to the Inc. 5000 for ten consecutive years and recognized as a Deloitte Technology Fast 500 company. Before founding ClearCompany, Andre served as Global Managing Director of the Investment Management Division at Thomson Reuters.
Building on that operating experience, he serves on the boards of companies across sectors ranging from artificial intelligence to nuclear fusion, partnering with founders on strategy, growth, and governance. He is also an active angel investor with investments in companies including K2 Space, Framework, Reliable Robotics, Trustscale.ai, and General Galactic.
Most recently, Andre founded Pairity, a zero-knowledge identity platform engineered for high-stakes transactions in controlled industries.
Andre holds a degree from Boston College, with concentrations in computer science and communications. He and his wife, Emily (T ’98), are deeply committed to philanthropy, supporting causes in education, entrepreneurship, human rights, and their local Denver community.
