Kelli Luginbuhl

Kelli is the co-founder of Isolere Bio, a Duke spin-out she helped launch in 2017 and led as CEO through its successful acquisition by Donaldson Company in 2023. With a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and a robust patent portfolio, Kelli brings firsthand experience in turning research into impact and will share the lessons she wishes she had known before leaving the university — from licensing and fundraising to team building and scaling.
