The Social Design Methods Menu

The Social Design Methods Menu (2013) by Lucy Kimbell and Joe Julier is a resource for social innovators and entrepreneurs who want to use approaches based in design and ethnography at the early stages of designing new services and ventures. The contents include a brief discussion of what a design-based approach brings, 11 methods including several templates for adaptation, and a description of how to use these methods in different modes of activity, depending on what you are trying to achieve.
