The Duke Startup Showcase is just around the corner, and this year’s competition is bigger and more competitive than ever. 

More than 85 student ventures applied, representing the incredible depth of innovation across the Duke community. From that pool, 36 ventures were selected to showcase their work, and just 10 finalists have risen to the top. Of those, only three will take the stage to pitch live in front of judges and the Duke community for a share of over $110,000 in prizes. 

Offering solutions in AI, healthcare, consumer tech, and more, this year’s cohort reflects the bold ideas and real world impact Duke founders are building right now.

A movement intelligence and longevity company that transforms everyday motion into meaningful insights, helping people better understand and extend their physical health over time. 

The Agentic Rolodex 
An AI powered platform that turns conversations into searchable relationship insights, helping users recall context, track connections, and stay meaningfully engaged. 

Toilemetry 
An NIH funded medical technology venture building a clinical smart toilet system that automates urine output tracking to improve patient care and reduce nursing workload. 

VoxIntel AI 
A real time AI sales coach that guides B2B teams during live calls, helping them ask better questions and close deals faster using proven methodologies. 

WeGotYou 
A telemedicine platform focused on adolescent care, providing teens with confidential, high quality mental and reproductive health services.
