Alex Kovacevic is the Founder and Managing Partner of Blue Tye – a boutique Private Equity consulting and investing practice focused on Portfolio Operations, Executive Development, and Value Creation - and has led a number of PE-Backed lower mid-market businesses across CPG and Software.
Most recently, Alexander was the CEO of ImageQuix - a vertical SaaS and payments platform in the photography space - which grew under his leadership from $3M ARR in 2018 to $45M ARR in 2024. In 2022, Alexander led ImageQuix through an acquisition by Charlesbank Capital Partners delivering 7.6X MOIC to Alpine Investors.
Alexander currently serves as Executive Chair on the Boards of two PE-Backed SaaS businesses: Servant Keeper and PhotoDay, and on the board of high-growth fitness concept FlowCorps.
Alexander has a BA from Durham University in the UK, and his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
