Founder and Coach, Integrative Complexity

Ashley is the Founder of Integrative Complexity, a high-performance coaching firm that helps mid-career operators and Entrepreneur Through Acquisition (ETA) CEOs shift from survival-driven executors, trapped by the business they are building - into confident, decisive leaders who rediscover the joy, meaning, and freedom in the bet they made on themselves, without waiting for the exit to feel the payoff.

Before launching her firm, Ashley worked in the CEO Practice at Spencer Stuart, advising Fortune 500 boards on CEO succession planning. She began her career in capital raising and advisory at TPG/Brooklands and at Bridgewater Associates, where she supported the Founder and Co-CEO on culture and operations.

A former elite athlete, Ashley captained the Duke Women’s Soccer Team to a national finalist finish and competed globally with the U.S. Youth National Team. Her coaching approach blends neuroscience, psychology, and high-performance principles forged through both sport and business. She holds a B.A. from Duke, an MBA from NYU Stern, and coaching certifications from Georgetown and the NeuroLeadership Institute (ICF PCC).
