Cam Dyer is currently Partner at Falfurrias Management Partners where he serves on the firm’s Management Committee and Chairs the Investment Committee of Falfurrias Growth Partners. Cam previously served as Managing Director and Partner of The Carlyle Group, which he joined in 2002. During his 19 years with Carlyle, in which he became Global Co- head of Carlyle’s TMT sector, he successfully completed investments across application software, data and information technology, IT Services and infrastructure businesses.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Cam was an Associate with private equity firm William Blair Capital Partners, a Consultant with Bain & Company, and an Investment Banking Analyst in the M&A Group of Bowles, Hollowell, Conner & Co. He earned his MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and his BS, Magna Cum Laude, from Washington & Lee University.
Cam currently serves as a Director on the boards of a number of corporate and non-profit organizations. Since 2020 Cam has served on the Advisory Board of WSC & Company, a leading institutional investor in the traditional search fund model.
