Nicholas S. Coslov B.A. '96

Nick is an experienced entrepreneur specializing in finance, real estate, operations and growth through acquisition.  Throughout his career he has founded and built three companies through a combination of new builds and acquisition.
 

After graduating Duke in 1996, Nick took an analyst position in investment banking.  After two years, he left to start a business in the autobody sector where he ultimately became CEO.  After initially buying a company with 3 locations in Memphis TN, he led a team who went on to build 15 new locations throughout TN and NC.
 

In 2002, Nick joined Storage Deluxe, a Manhattan based developer and owner of self-storage facilities, where he is currently a partner and CEO.  At Storage Deluxe, Nick oversees finance, operations, marketing and construction of new locations. Over the past 23 years, his team has developed 84 facilities totaling over 8 million square feet all in the New York surrounding area.
 

In 2014, Nick and his partners co-founded Uovo, a leading art, wine and fashion storage and logistics company, that serves collectors throughout the United States.  Uovo currently has 26 locations totaling over 1.4 million square feet. Nick is currently a partner and Board member of Uovo.
 

Nick is currently a board member of a few privately held companies and is a past member of the New York Metro Chapter of YPO.  I addition to his business endeavors, Nick enjoys collecting and racing cars.
