Duke Innovation & Entrepreneurship Holiday Gift Guide 2025 featuring 20 images of products from Duke alumni companies

Holiday gifting feels more meaningful when the presents you choose come with a story worth sharing. This year’s Duke I&E Holiday Gift Guide highlights founders across the Duke community. As you shop for loved ones, you can support fellow Blue Devils who are making their mark in health & beauty, kids & family, home goods & apparel, food & beverage, and learning & entertainment.

This year's edition brings exciting new additions:

  • Regener8 hair oil, by Co-founder & CEO Namita Lokare MBA ’24, is a science-backed hair care solution that supports women experiencing hair loss linked to hormonal changes. Shoppers can use code DUKE25 for 25% off all products.
  • Parents and educators will love Elly the Electric Truck, an educational board book created by Brittany Keith MBA ’17 of Go Strong Publishing. Written for ages zero to six, the story introduces kids to clean energy and sustainability.
  • In the learning and entertainment category, Craig Robinson MBA ’17 of Nolyne Publishing offers the Bull and Bear Children’s Financial Literacy Picture Book Series. With playful rhymes and charming characters, this series helps kids form healthy relationships with money.
  • For families juggling academics and schedules, Ana Homayoun ’01 of Green Ivy Educational Consulting provides The Ultimate School Blueprint, an online course that teaches middle and high school students how to boost productivity and reduce stress. Duke supporters can use code Duke50 for 50% off the course.
  • Travel lovers will be drawn to Voyij, founded by Olivia Klupar MBA ’18. The platform connects customers with local gifts, tours, and experiences from destinations like Alaska. Voyij offers a 10% sitewide discount with code DUKIE10 during the holiday season.
  • Gadget fans will appreciate Campfire Hero, a magnetic phone and tablet holder strap by Masanao Sato ’00. Originally created for musicians, it now supports pilots, healthcare workers, travelers, gamers, and multitaskers of every kind. It is practical, portable, and available for under $20.
  • Parents of infants will be excited about Babba, the first baby bottle cooler and warmer created by Dan Evans ME ’12. This smart, portable device pairs with the Babba app for temperature control and easy feeding anywhere. Customers can use code DUKE15 for a 15% discount.

We've brought back some favorites from last year's gift guide as well. Husband and wife team, Justine Tiu BSE ’11 and Adrian Zhang BSE ’11 of The Woobles met at Duke and founded their startup as alumni. Others started their ventures as students, including Melissa and Doug Entrepreneurs alumna Monika Dharia ’19 of GreenGear Supply Co. and Vincent Liu ’21 of MyTeaPal.

From sustainable goods to wellness solutions to playful learning tools, this year’s guide is filled with thoughtful ideas and meaningful stories. Explore the full collection and enjoy gifting with purpose!
